DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Procedure If a valid DMCA takedown request is received, we will remove the content in question as required by copyright law. In the interest of fairness, we may disclose the DMCA notice, including the complainant's contact information, to the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you can submit a counter-notice, which must include: Identification of the removed content and its prior location. Your name, address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, affirming your belief that the content was removed by mistake. A declaration consenting to legal proceedings and accepting service of legal documents. Your signature, either physical or electronic. Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the complainant initiates legal action.
